AUTOMOTIVE ESTIMATOR

Full Time Position

Hassis Paintworks is seeking an individual with experience in automotive collision repair estimating. Individual should be outgoing, motivated, team oriented, organized and hard working.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years estimating experience at a collision repair facility.
  • Experience with a collision estimating software program.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to write accurate estimates and supplements.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • ICAR and ASE preferred but not required.

Salary Pay

  • Dependent upon experience plus monthly sales goal bonuses

DETAIL TECHNICIAN

Must have experience and be willing to learn, as there is room to grow within the position and the company!

Hourly Pay

  • $15.00 - $30.00 per hour dependent upon experience plus bonus commission jobs

  • Maintaining a Clean Shop and Atmosphere
  • Maintaining a Organize and Clean Parking Lot
  • Double Checking all Repaired Items for Quality Control
  • Marking Boats & Vehicles for Warranty Damage
